Your Host: Why Monique Allen

I stepped into landscaping at 19, long before I knew what leadership or life would ask of me. I built my business while raising children, tending to sick parents, and holding the invisible weight so many women carry. There were years when I felt bone-tired, overwhelmed, and unsure where I ended and everyone else’s needs began.

What saved me was learning to step outside the grind. Yoga, somatic awareness, depth psychology, and regenerative thinking helped me understand that strength comes from rootedness, not overextension. That grit needs tenderness to stay alive. That a woman can build a powerful business without losing herself in the process.

ReRooted comes from all of that.

  • It is the wisdom I earned in the hardest seasons and the practices that brought me back to myself.
